Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Please read these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in our affiliate program. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility: 1.1 Participation in our affiliate program is open to individuals, websites, and businesses who have a genuine interest in promoting our products or services. 1.2 We reserve the right to reject or terminate any affiliate application or participation at our sole discretion, without providing any reason. In the event that your Affiliate Program Registration is rejected, you will have no legal recourse against us.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities: 2.1 As an affiliate, you agree to promote our products or services using the unique affiliate links or promotional materials provided by us. 2.2 You are solely responsible for the content and manner of your promotional activities. All promotions must be professional, lawful, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. 2.3 You shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices to generate referrals or sales. 2.4 You shall not use unsolicited email (spam), unauthorized advertising methods, or engage in any form of illegal or objectionable activities to promote our products or services. 2.5 You shall not promote our products or services on websites or platforms that contain offensive, illegal, or infringing content. 2.6 Affiliate Payments will be denied in the following cases: (i) Self Referral: Commissions apply only when referring new clients; they do not apply when referring internally or using the affiliate registration for your own account. (ii) Custom Plans: Affiliate payout is only eligible on all plans displayed/Visible Plans on the website. & not For any custom or long-term plans. (iii) Order Cancellations or Returns: If the client cancels the plan or requests a refund, the payout will be denied. (iv) Running Ads: Running any ads on brand keywords is not allowed.
3. Commission and Payouts: 3.1 You will be eligible to earn a commission on qualifying sales made through your affiliate links or promotional activities. 3.2 Commission rates and payout structures will be outlined separately in our affiliate program documentation. 3.3 Commission payments will be made on a regular basis, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold and any additional requirements specified by us. 3.4 We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payout thresholds, and payment methods at any time, upon prior notice to affiliates.
4. Intellectual Property: 4.1 All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and promotional materials, provided to you as part of the affiliate program, remain our exclusive property. 4.2 You may use the provided materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products or services as an affiliate. Any unauthorized use or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Termination: 5.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason by giving written notice to the other party. 5.2 Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this agreement will immediately cease. 5.3 Termination will not relieve either party from any obligations or liabilities incurred before the termination date.
6. Limitation of Liability: 6.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in our affiliate program. 6.2 We make no representations or warranties regarding the performance, reliability, or availability of our affiliate program, and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Modification of Terms: 7.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. 7.2 Your continued participation in the affiliate program after any modifications to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 8.1 These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising from or relating to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction of Mumbai. 8.2 Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jurisdiction of Mumbai, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
9. Confidentiality: 9.1 During the course of your participation in the affiliate program, you may have access to confidential information about our business, products, customers, or marketing strategies. 9.2 You agree to keep all confidential information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent. 9.3 This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of your participation in the affiliate program.
10. Entire Agreement: 10.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the affiliate program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. 10.2 Any waiver or failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any other provision or right.
11. Severability: 11.1 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 11.2 The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
12. Marketing tool: For better promotion of the program, we may share with you promotional media such as banners, logos or specific collection promotions.
13. Cookie: It is only possible for us to track people who have clicked on your link if they use cookies. Our system cannot track a person if they do not allow cookies or clear their cookies, so we cannot pay earnings for their activities.

By participating in our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from participating in the affiliate program.
